If your order happens to arrive damaged or incorrect, this video is essential for us to process any support or resolution.

If you face any issues regarding product quality or receive a wrong/damaged item, please email us at [Caryl.org@gmail.com] within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video attached.

If a product is wrongly delivered and the seal is broken without our approval, we will treat the product as accepted and sold.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

No refunds or exchanges will be processed once the order is confirmed and shipped.

All purchases are considered final sale and non-refundable.
